AMC/NOMA continues collecting data for tort reform in Ohio

     AMC/NOMA will be conducting a follow-up survey to their physicians' insurance questionnaire conducted a few months ago.  The survey sent to physicians will provide AMC/NOMA with additional data to utilize in their campaign for meaningful tort reform in Ohio.  The survey will be sent out in the next week.   A copy of the survey instrument will be posted on the AMC/NOMA web site under Professional Liability.

*Physicians receiving a survey should fax the completed form to AMC/NOMA at 216-520-0999 or mail it to, AMC/NOMA, 6000, Rockside Woods Blvd., Ste. 150, Independence, Ohio, 4414.  Address it to the attention of Louise Yardley.  All surveys must be returned by June 5th, 2002.
