LAWYER REFERRAL GUIDE

The Lawyer Referral Guide was created in response to members' requests for specialized attorneys with expertise in various areas.

With the assistance of our law firm, Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, LLP, we developed and mailed a detailed questionnaire to target local law firms asking them questions about the background of the firm and what types of clients they serve in the community.

The law firms were chosen based upon their membership in the Health Law Section of the Cleveland Bar Association. The attorneys listed will provide a free, pre-consultation evaluation. The rates of participating attorneys will vary. Some firms indicate that they would provide a discounted fee to AMC/NOMA's members.

The law firms offer services in these areas of expertise:

  • Non-Managed Care
  • Medical Staff Issues
  • Fraud & Abuse
  • Antitrust
