On September 16, the AMC/NOMA sent written testimony to the Ohio House Insurance Committee (the Honorable Geoff Smith chairman) on HB 215 regarding Medical Review Panels. While no action has been taken on the bill, AMC/NOMA plans to follow the bill and appear before legislators in the future to provide further testimony on this measure. AMC/NOMA strongly supports the passage of HB 215.
