The Medical Board has filed with JCARR a notice that the AA rules are to be refiled, taking them off Monday's JCARR agenda. Originally the state board had filed their version of the rules with JCARR and a hearing on said rules was set to take place on Monday, March 24, 2003 in Columbus. The board has now opted to remove the rules from the JCARR. The AMC/NOMA board of directors plans to send a letter of support regarding the AAs to the state board for their reevaluation of the rules.
