The Office of Inspector General of the Department of Health
and Human Services published a notice in the Federal Register seeking public comments
about physician credentialing practices. The OIG poses five specific questions for
comment. AMC/NOMA, in response to this notice has developed an Ad Hoc Committee to
prepare and send a response to the OIG's request for information on economic
credentialing. Comments to the OIG are due by February 7th. To view the
