State Representative John White (R-Kettering) is the new chairman of the House Health and Family Services Committee. Rep. White was appointed by House Speaker Larry Householder (R-Glenford) to replace State Rep. Greg Jolivette (R-Hamilton) who resigned to become Butler County Commissioner.
