reports. Physicians and other practitioners who qualify as individual
EPs under the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)
Physician Quality Reporting Initiative (PQRI) and the 2009
E-Prescribing Incentive Program can request feedback reports through
their claims processing contractor.
