In accordance with Article VIII, section 4, of the AMC/NOMA Bylaws, which states, “The Constitution and/or the Bylaws may be amended by a majority vote of the Board of Directors, provided that the proposed amendment shall have been publicized to the membership at least thirty (30) days subsequent to the date of such notice,” the Board of Directors voted to publish a proposed Bylaw amendment.
