The AMC/NOMA seminar "Saving Northern Ohio Medicine and Protecting Patients" on March 26th 2004 was a huge success. Physicians that attended the seminar provided positive feedback regarding the content of the seminar and the quality of the information provided. Participants received excellent information with regard to the ongoing medical liability crisis and the AMC/NOMA evaluated several possible solutions to the problem. The AMC/NOMA was especially pleased that we were able to include both Senator George V. Voinovich and Secretary Tommy Thompson from the Department of Health and Human Services as keynote speakers at this seminar. The AMC/NOMA was also honored to have one of our physician representatives, Dr. John Bastulli appointed to Senator Voinovich's Ohio Health Care Task Force.
