AMCNO Participates in Another Interested Party Meeting on HB 122

AMCNO physician leadership and our lobbyists met with Rep. Barbara Boyd, the Ohio Department of Insurance, the Ohio Attorney General’s office and other interested parties this week to discuss HB 122 – the physician ranking legislation spearheaded by the AMCNO. Several amendments to the bill are under consideration and the AMCNO is working with Rep. Boyd to make the requested changes. The bill will be debated further in the coming months in the Ohio House and the AMCNO intends to remain integrally involved in this debate.
