Anthem Provider Access Update

As noted in the last issue of the Anthem Update physician practices that want to check member eligibility, claim status and fee schedules can do so online by registering with Anthem. It is recommended that in order to ensure that your information is protected that you have an authorized staff person from your practice complete the registration form. The individual must be employed by the facility or practice and not an external contractor. Anthem will follow up with the site administrator once the registration is received to confirm the request as well as when the process is complete. Mail confirmation will also be sent to the site administrator.
