Celebrate National Doctor's Day March 30

The Academy of Medicine Cleveland/Northern Ohio Medical Association wishes all of its physician members a HAPPY DOCTOR'S DAY with sincere gratitude for all their hard work and commitment to the health and well being of our Northern Ohio community at large. March 30 was proclaimed Doctor's Day in 1990 by President George Bush. It was established to recognize the dedication of physicians nationwide, as the date commemorates Dr. Crawford Long's first use of ether as anesthesia. The US Congress first recognized Doctor's Day as a national observance in the year 1958.
