The Part B IVR continues to be a primary source of information for
Jurisdiction15. To improve the services the IVR provides, CGS has incorporated
some changes. CGS has added the claim number to the claim status option. Once
the IVR locates the date of service, the Internal Claim Number (ICN) will be
given, prior to the details of the claim status. The addition of releasing the
ICN will ensure physicians are receiving accurate information regarding your
