On Oct. 18, 2005, Humana reached a settlement with the nation’s physicians in the ongoing Multi-District Litigation in Miami federal court surrounding Humana’s business practices. Two important dates in the settlement process are approaching. Humana settlement proof of claim forms must be sent to the Settlement Administrator postmarked by Feb. 17 and the Settlement/Fairness Hearing is scheduled for March 6.
