AMC/NOMA and McDonald, Hopkins, Burke & Haber, Co., L.P.A. are pleased to announce a joint effort to provide HIPAA compliance assistance to AMC/NOMA members.  This innovative service will be developed throughout the next few months.  AMC/NOMA will be providing written materials and information on our Web site on a periodic basis. In addition, a separate section of our Web site will be dedicated to HIPAA. This section will be for members only.  Non-members may receive this information if they join the AMC/NOMA.  Some of the information members may expect to receive will include but are not limited to the following:
