House Select Committee on Health Care scheduled to come to Cleveland on September 17^th – AMC/NOMA asked for two physicians to testify

The AMC/NOMA has provided the names of two physicians to testify before the House Select Committee on Health Care, chaired by State Representative Greg Jolivette (R-Hamilton).  The Select Committee will be meeting on Medical Malpractice at Case Western Reserve University – Crawford Hall - on Tuesday September 17, 2002 from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m.  The AMC/NOMA representatives and anyone else testifying before the committee will have five minutes each to provide testimony on this issue.   The testimony is on the "issue of medical malpractice", not the bill that has been introduced in the Ohio Senate.   Anyone wanting to testify should contact the Chair's Office (State Representative Greg Jolivette) and talk to Jill at 614-644-6721 to be put on the schedule.
