The Leapfrog Group plans to create an online tool for clinicians to assess the value of computerized physician order entry, according to a report in the June 3 Health-IT World News. The online tool will appear in the next update to the group's hospital survey. The National Quality Forum is responsible for determining if such a tool is compatible with its CPOE standards.
