Nationwide Medicare News – PO BOX Numbers Change
Claim Addresses for Medicare have been changed. Many post office box numbers currently being used are changing and have been reduced. Post Office Box 57 will no longer be used.
The following is a list of new box numbers, which will be available for use beginning August 1, but are not required to use until October 1.
