Ohio Board of Nursing has filed a large number of rules, approximately 90 rules, with the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review pertaining to licensure, scope of practice, standard care arrangements for specialty providers, courses in advanced pharmacology, externships, standards for prescribing, formulary, conditions for delegation of medication administration, continuing education, the board, fees standards for practice, and for dialysis technicians.
The hearing is scheduled for November 20, 2002. The rules were filed on October 16, 2002. Copies of the rules and the public hearing notice are available at www.registerofohio.state.oh.us.
