There will be a public hearing regarding the practice of anesthesiologist assistants on the following rules: Chapter 24: (new) 4731-24-01-definitions; (new); 4731-24-02-anesthesiologist assistants; supervision; (new), 4731-24-03-anesthesiologist assistants: enhanced supervision; and (new) 4731-24-04-anesthesiologist assistants: prohibitions. The public hearing on the proposed action of the State Medical Board will be conducted on Tuesday, December 10, 2002, beginning at 10:00 a.m. in Room 1948, Vern Riffe Center for Government and the Arts, 77 South High Street, 19th Floor, Columbus, Ohio 43215-6127, and from time to time thereafter as may be required by the Board to hear all relevant testimony, oral or written, by any person affected by the proposed action, his/her attorney, or both.
