As reported several weeks ago, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services decided not to place the 2006 physician fee schedule on the CD-ROM the agency disseminates this year. Instead, the fees are posted on the

here. The CD-ROM will contain information about Medicare Participation Enrollment, a New Prescription Drug video and Provider Toolkit, CMS 855 information and applications, and claim submissions information. The CD-ROM was scheduled to mail in November.
