Physicians may edit and save changes to Medicare enrollment forms electronically

Doctors who download Medicare enrollment forms (CMS-855 series) from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Web site now have the ability to save changes electronically. Physicians who need to submit an enrollment form or changes to their enrollment information can input their enrollment information electronically by keying in their information, saving the changes to their computer and then printing them.
