A report on health care costs released Tuesday finds 4.6 million Ohioans don’t earn enough to pay for health insurance absent employer contributions or public subsidies. The advocacy group Ohio Consumers for Health Coverage released the report by Policy Matters Ohio. The report, states that families at or below 200% of the federal poverty level, which is $35,200 for a family of three, “cannot afford to make any contribution to toward health care,” according to the group.
