SB 88 Sub Bill Language Complete; Await Committee Hearing

After months of concentrated reworking of the AMC/NOMA-backed legislation mandating a pilot arbitration model in Northern Ohio with input from interested parties, a sub bill of SB 88 has been finalized. The AMC/NOMA is hoping for an initial hearing on the newly-crafted proposed legislation in May. We will keep the membership apprised of any developments on this matter as soon as they occur.
