Submit Your Member Directory Updates by April 6!

As The Academy of Medicine of Cleveland & Northern Ohio prepares its 2007-08 Member Directory & Community Resource Guide, we need your help! To produce the most current, and correct resource for the community, we must have updated information on your member status, office locations and contact numbers—that you must provide. Please take a moment to fill out the profile information that was mailed to you recently, and fax it back to the AMCNO offices at 216.520.0999. If we have not received any changes by April 6, 2007, we must assume the data is correct, and the information we currently have on file for you will appear in the next directory.
