WellPoint, Zagat To Launch Online Physician Rating Tool

WellPoint members beginning in January 2008 will be able to go online to rate physicians based on their availability, communication skills, office environment and how much members trust them. Some physicians and consumer advocates said the ratings could help consumers but will not gauge the quality of medical care and might be misleading. A WellPoint official said the ratings are not meant to replace quality and cost information.
