Legal Conditions of Access and Use of Job Postings
As a user of the AMC/NOMA Web Sites and particularly the job postings section, I represent to AMC/NOMA that my access is governed solely by the terms of the AMC/NOMA User Agreement contained on the AMC.NOMA web site. As an inducement for AMC/NOMA to provide me with access to the job postings, I agree to the following terms and conditions. I understand that AMC/NOMA may change these terms and conditions from time to time at AMC/NOMA's sole discretion. Accordingly I promise to review regularly these terms and conditions to be informed of and agree to any changes made by AMC/NOMA. If at any time I do not agree to any term or condition of this or any revised AMC/NOMA web access or use agreement, I promise not to access or otherwise use any AMC/NOMA Web Sites. AMC/NOMA has no obligation to verify that the job postings are accurate or complete, up-to-date or current, free from technical inaccuracies or typographical errors, free from changes caused by any third party or that access to the AMC/NOMA Web Site will be free from interruptions, errors, computer viruses or other harmful components. User agrees that AMC/NOMA is not liable to the User for any job posting, compliance with any laws or regulations by the owner of the posting in connection with the posting or any other aspect of the employment process. Job Postings are provided by AMC/NOMA "AS-IS" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Users must use the job postings to contact the prospective employer using the information provided in the posting. DO NOT CONTACT AMC/NOMA. You agree that under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence,
shall AMC/NOMA be liable for any direct or indirect, special, incidental or
consequential damages. This includes but is not limited to medical accident,
personal or bodily harm, including death, loss of data or profit arising out
of the use or the inability to use the Content of a AMC/NOMA Web Site, even
if a AMC/NOMA representative has been advised of the possibility of your damages. |
